Description

This is a single source announcement based on the recipient's unique ability to carry out the proposed tasks. The Division of International Conservation intends to enter into agreements with the Ramsar Secretariat to fulfill our obligations under the Convention of Wetlands of International Importance. Project grants and cooperative agreements will be used to facilitate training and meeting attendance for activities related to this international agreement. The only eligible recipient of these funds is the Ramsar Secretariat.
