Description

The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), Mid-Pacific Region, intends to award a grant agreement to the Westlands Water District for the following program: Recovery Act - Water Conservation Through Irrigation System Purchase Program. Reclamation proposes to provide financial assistance for a program to install equipment that will improve irrigation efficiency. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM 2, paragraph 2.14(B) is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. See Notice of Intent to Award No. R10AS20012 for additional information.
