Purpose of Program: The purpose of this program is to provide grants or enter into cooperative agreements to improve postsecondary education opportunities by focusing on problem areas in postsecondary education or approaches to improve postsecondary education. Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) Number: 84.116M. Applications for grants under the U.S.-Brazil Higher Education Consortia Program--CFDA Number 84.116M- must be submitted electronically using e-Application, accessible through the Department's e-Grants Web site at: http://e-grants.ed.gov.
