The intent of this collaboration is to strengthen the capacity of The National Blood Transfusion Service to develop and implement policies, procedures and guidelines to recruit donors; collect, process, and deliver quality safe blood; and monitor and evaluate the national blood service of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
