RECOVERY ACT-Conduct Trail Rehabilitation Activities Along Portions of Sweat Heifer and Grassy Branch Trails: Project work will include re-grading the trail corridor, installation of soil erosion control structures, replacement of ineffective and worn out water-bars, heavy brushing, installation of new rock retaining walls and steps, and repair of existing rock retaining walls that are supporting the trail. This project work supports and stimulates work, education and training opportunities for young adults through collaborative participation in trail rehabilitation with the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
