The purpose of this program is to assist the San Antonio Metropolitan Health District (SAMHD) in reducing or eliminating community housing-related health hazards such as Lead Poisoning, asthma, and indoor pollutants and promote community housing that is safe, healthy, accessible, and affordable within the community surrounding the former Kelly Air Force Base, Texas.
