Description
The purpose of this program is to improve the quality of HIV testing in the Dominican Republic by providing technical assistance in: 1. The design and implementation of a national quality assurance and quality control program; 2. Adapting and implementing a process to validate laboratory reagents; and 3. The development and implementation of protocols and procedures for the monitoring and evaluation of public and private laboratories in the country.
