The purpose of this program is to support effective leadership in health planning, program implementation and patient care in the public sector in Zimbabwe, through the implementation of the Ministry of Health and Child Welfare national Human Resources for Health (HRH) policy, and, development and implementation of a national leadership training and mentorship program.
