The purpose of this announcement is to provide funding for a cooperative agreement with the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS) to provide technical and capacity development support for activities that will strengthen public health capacity and strategic information systems in countries supported through the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR).
