Description

The Administration for Children and Families, Administration for Native Americans announces the availability of Fiscal Year 2010 funds for community-based projects for the Social and Economic Development Strategies (SEDS) program. The purpose of ANA grant funding is to promote economic and social self-sufficiency for American Indians, Alaska Natives, Native Hawaiians, and other Native American Pacific Islanders, including American Samoa, Guam, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. The SEDS program provides funding for projects to support the interests of children and families and to help strengthen communities.

• Native American tribal governments (Federally recognized)
• Native American tribal organizations (other than Federally recognized)
• Nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status (other than higher education)
• Nonprofits without 501(c)(3) status (other than higher education)
• Private institutions of higher education
• Others
