Purpose of Program: The Language Resource Centers (LRC) program provides grants to institutions of higher education to establish, strengthen, and operate centers that serve as resources for improving the Nation's capacity for teaching and learning foreign languages. Applications for grants under the Language Resource Centers Program CFDA Number 84.229A must be submitted electronically using e-Application, accessible through the Department's e-Grants Web site at: http://e-grants.ed.gov.
