Description

CDC’s Procurement and Grants Office has published a funding opportunity announcement entitled, “Implementation of Prevention, Care, and Treatment Programs for Individuals with HIV/AIDS in the Central Asian Republics of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan Under the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR).” Approximately $1,000,000 will be available in fiscal year 2010 to fund four awards. The purpose of this program is to expand HIV services in the Central Asian Republics of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan.
