Description

Conduct an analysis regarding the relationship between health risks, safety incidents and traumatic related events affecting employees of the Union Pacific Railroad, especially those employees in safety sensitive duties. Correlate the recommendations, findings, and intervention initiatives with previous health and safety proposals funded by the Federal Railroad Administration with the carrier.
