Tanuem Creek Fish Passage and Infrastructure Improvements
ArchivedBureau of Reclamation - Pacific Northwest Region
Description
This is not a solicitation, but a notice of intent to fund Kittitas Conservation District for Taneum Creek Fish Passage and Infrastructure Improvements. The proposed project involves two activities. First is the removal of an existing concrete fish ladder and dam and constructing a roughened channel or similar fish passage feature. Second is to improve instream flows and water delivery to the Taneum Canal Company by removing the check structure(s) in the canal, lining of the canal, and/or modifying the headgate. Reclamation will provide the KCT with a portion of design and construction funding for the new fish passage and water delivery infrastructure improvements.
