DOE's State Energy Program (SEP) is seeking to provide grants to state energy offices in all states and U.S. territories to design and carry out their own renewable energy and energy efficiency programs. States use grants to address their energy priorities and program funding to adopt emerging renewable energy and energy efficiency technologies.
