This announcement if for States and Tribes eligible under the Federal Oil and Gas Royalty Management Act of 1982, as amended to engage in a Cooperative Agreement with the Minerals Management Service to conduct audits and related investigations of mineral producing properties within their state or tribal boundaries. See 30 CFR 227-228.
