Description

The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), Mid-Pacific Region, intends to award a sole source for Cooperative Agreement to Tehema Colusa Canal Authority under the authority of CFDA 15.512 Public Law 102-575, Title 34 Central Valley Project Improvement Act for the following program: Red Bluff Construction Technical Support. Reclamation proposes to provide financial assistance for providing engineering design support and construction management services for the proposed Red Bluff Pumping Plant. Period of Performance is from the date of award to December 31, 2012. Estimate award date: on or about July 27, 2010. Estimate award amount: $2,000,000.00. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM2 paragrah 2.14(B)(2) CONTINUATION and (4) UNIQUE QUALIFICATIONS is solely within the discretion of the Government.
