Description
The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking applications for a Cooperative Agreement from eligible U.S. based for-profit, non-profit, private voluntary organization, or an Institution of Higher Education for a program titled, “Health Policy Project (HPP).” The authority for the RFA is found in the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended. The Health Policy Project will engage and strengthen the ability of individuals, in-country and/or regional institutions and universities to build long-term capacity in the health policy arena and to address policy and advocacy needs at national and sub-national levels.

- Nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status (other than higher education)
- Nonprofits without 501(c)(3) status (other than higher education)
- Private institutions of higher education
- For-profit organizations other than small businesses
