Description

The purpose of this agreement is to determine 1) how does the fish community differ in Shinumo, Havasu, and Bright Angel Creeks, 2) how does the fish abundance and community differ pre and post non-native removal, 3) how many humpback chub remain in tributaries following translocations, and what factors influence outmigration (season, flows, water temperature, handling, etc.), 4) what is the estimated/modeled survival and growth rates for translocated humpback chub, and what factors may influence survival, and 5) do humpback chub or other sizes/species of native fish fill a niche vacated by non natives fishes.
