Description

The Critical Agricultural Materials Act supports the domestic production and manufacture of crop-based materials that are of strategic and industrial importance to benefit the economy, defense and general well-being of the Nation. Such products replace petroleum-based products, and offer opportunities to create new businesses and new markets for agricultural materials. Products of interest are paints, coatings, and adhesives for composites.
