Description
The OJJDP FY2010 Juvenile Indigent Defense National Clearinghouse program supports the improvement of juvenile indigent defense. This program will provide a broad range of activities to improve the overall level of systemic advocacy, improve the quality of representation of indigent juveniles, and ensure professional and ongoing technical support to juvenile defense bar.

- Public and State controlled institutions of higher education
- Native American tribal governments (Federally recognized)
- Public housing authorities / Indian housing authorities
- Nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status (other than higher education)
