Description

The Bureau of Justice Statistics (BJS) is seeking proposals for assistance in the development and implementation of the 2010-2011 Arrest-Related Deaths (ARD) Program. The purpose of ARD program is to comprehensively identify and record deaths occurring during the process of arrest nationwide. In addition, BJS is seeking assistance in the development of alternative designs for the 2012 ARD Program. BJS anticipates that this 24-month award will begin on October 1, 2010 and will continue until September 30, 2012.
