Description

Blue Mesa Reservoir has supported one of the finest kokanee salmon fisheries anywhere and has produced four state record lake trout since 1998. The fishery has been in decline since the mid-1990s. This study will provide results that allow managers to identify strategies to restore the kokanee fishery with benefits for anglers and the local economy.
