Description

Funding is available through the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Anadromous Fish Restoration Program (AFRP) to put contract out for bid; award contract; oversee the contract to ensure that all Fed and State laws are met, all environmental protections are in place as dictated in permits and environmental documents, and project is built as designed; coordinate with CDFG engineers and Wildlife Area manager; close-out contract with contractor. No substantial involvement on the part of the Service is anticipated for the successful completion of the objective to be funded. It is anticipated the Service’s involvement will consist of standard Federal stewardship responsibilities, such as monitoring project performance, technical assistance at the request of the recipient, etc.
