Description

In Fiscal Year (FY) 2010, contingent upon available funding, the Office of Community Services (OCS) will award a Rural Community Facilities Development Program (RF), Water and Wastewater Treatment Systems Training and Technical Assistance grant to a non-profit organization to provide training and technical assistance to small, rural communities. The project will enable the organizations to provide training nad technical assistance to small, rural communities conerning meeting their community facilities needs.
