Purpose of Program: The Educational Facilities Clearinghouse (Clearinghouse) will provide technical assistance and training on the planning, design, financing, construction, operation, and maintenance of public nursery and pre-kindergarten, kindergarten-through-grade-12, and higher education facilities. The Clearinghouse will also develop resources and assemble best practices on issues related to ensuring safe, healthy, and high-performance public education facilities, including on procedures for identifying hazards and conducting vulnerability assessments. Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) Number: 84.215T.
