Description

The National Academy of Sciences co-ordinates a Co-operative Program on Rail Transportation Research. FRA is a part of the Co-operative Program. And shares in the funding of selected research ideas. The Ideas Deserving Exploratory Analysis (IDEA) seek new concepts that hold some promise for improving safety or efficiency.A few concepts are funded up to $100,000 each.
