Description

Youth Partnership Program at Rosie the Riveter, Richmond, California. This is a Notice of Intent to Award to Student Conservation Association for a youth group crew to help restore, preserve and improve a section of the historic SS Rred Oak Victory ship, and developo an interpretive/educational youth program addressing important historical aspects of the ship and WWII home front story.
