Notice of Intent to Award
ArchivedFish and Wildlife Service
Description
A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD is issued by the US Fish and Wildlife Service to National Wildlife Federation according to 505 DM 2.14(B)2 (see attached NOI). No competition is expected. The Service and its partners recognize that addressing climate change and other stressors within and across landscapes are contingent on partnerships that cut across jurisdictions. Benefits of collaborative partnerships, for landscape conservation issues, include providing spatially-explicit scientific analyses and tools that link biological planning, conservation design, conservation delivery, monitoring, and research to address climate change threats and other limiting factors on fish, wildlife and habitats at a landscape level. This project is an expansion of the information NWF is already compiling to cover the entire geographic range of the North Pacific Landscape Conservation Cooperative.
