Description
Support fire departments, local governments, community service organizations, educational institutions and non-profit organizations throughout Colorado, in any wildland fire-related projects, including, but not limited to; wildfire planning, wildfire mitigation actions, and wildland fire education/prevention, within, or in the vicinity of lands within the State of Colorado managed by the Bureau of Land Management.

- Public and State controlled institutions of higher education
- Native American tribal governments (Federally recognized)
- Native American tribal organizations (other than Federally recognized)

- Private institutions of higher education
- Individuals
