Description
The purpose is to reduce HIV incidence by preventing HIV transmission among the general population. The program will do this by strengthen ing the protective behaviors of at-risk adults, at-risk youth, and their sexual partners to prevent HIV transmission and strengthening Angolan entities' capacity to coordinate and deliver comprehensive and susta inable community-based HIV prevention in itiatives.
