Fish and Wildlife Service

Description

This award is anticipated to be a single-source determination because of the support capacity and cost-sharing ability provided by Ducks Unlimited, Inc. (DU). Whereas the Service manages lands to benefit terrestrial and aquatic flora and fauna, DU is interested in promoting and assisting the Service in restoring and enhancing wetland and other aquatic habitats. The purpose of this agreement is for the Service and DU to work together to restore tidal and seasonal wetlands and aquatic habitats on the Refuge. Species that will benefit from this Agreement include migratory waterfowl and shorebirds, endangered and threatened species and fish.
