Description

The Mid-Pacific Region of the Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) intends to issue a Notice of Intent for a Cooperative Agreements to the Grasslands Water District (GWD), under the authority of catalog for domestic assistance (CFDA) 15.512, Central Valley Project Improvement Act (CVPIA), Public Law 102-575, Section 3406(d)(1), (2), and (5) for the following program: North Grasslands Water Conservation and Water Quality Control Project. BOR proposes to provide financial assistance for a cooperative effort to allow the District to develop additional water supplies for delivery under the CVPIA Refuge Water Supply Program. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM 2, paragraph 2.14(B)(1) and (4) is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) applies to this announcement.
