The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR), Mid-Pacific Region, intends to award a sole source for Cooperative Agreement to Delta Stewardship Council, 650 Capitol Mall, 5th floor, Sacramento, California 95814 under the authority of CFDA 15.533, Public Law 108-361, Title I--California Water Security and Environmental Enhancement, Section 103, Bay Delta Program, (f) (4) for the following program: Independent Science Review Services. BOR proposes to provide financial assistance for 1) Independent Science Review of Effects Analysis for BDCP; and 2) Independent Science Review of Logic Chains for BDCP. Period of Performance is from the date of award to December 31, 2010. Estimate award date: on or about September 15, 2010. Estimate award amount: $188,316.00. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM2 paragrah 2.14(B)(4) is solely within the discretion of the Government.
