The U.S. Embassy Kabul Public Affairs Section (Kabul PAS) is pleased to announce an open competition for assistance awards through this Request for Grant Proposals (RFGP). The Public Affairs Section invites Afghan or U.S. non-profit/non-governmental organizations to submit proposals to coordinate a program to develop and create new Afghan Radio content for broadcast in the Afghan radio media, acting as the Executive Producer and Director under a Cooperative Agreement with the U.S. Embassy Kabul Public Affairs Section.
