FY 2010 Rail Line Relocation Earmark for the Shelby Intermodal Hub project in Montana. The purpose of the Intermodal Hub is to provide rail, road, sanitary sewer, water, and energy infrastructure that can be utilized by industrial users. The purpose of this specific portion of the project is to extend rail infrastructure to the site.
