You are notified that the following changes are made: The release date for the Cooperative Agreement Notice (CAN) has been revised as follows: FROM: AUGUST 20, 2010 TO: ON OR ABOUT AUGUST 27, 2010. The due date for Letters of Intent has been revised as follows: FROM: SEPTEMBER 1, 2010 TO: SEPTEMBER 15, 2010. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
