Description

This action provides funding for administration costs related to development of the Karst Institute facilities. These activities will be conducted through a task agreement to an existing cooperative agreement H2360097030 with the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology. This is a notice of intent and non competitive award in accordance with Department of Interior Policy, Department Manual 505DM2.
