Description

The purpose of this program is to expand the provision of HIV/AIDS Prevention, Care, & Support, and Treatment services that have been initiated in 2004 under the PEPFAR-funded HHS/CDC and HHS/HRSA HIV clinical services and antiretroviral treatment program in Rwanda, and to further promote the transition of US government-funded health programs to host country ownership for improved sustainability.
