Description

This project will develop outdoor lighting techniques for extraordinary sensitive park environments, test them in a select number of park settings, report on findings, and disseminate findings to the general public. Tis action will be issued as a cooperative agreement, on a non-competitive basis to the International Dark Sky Association. This is a notice of intent and non competitive award in accordance with Department of Interior Policy, Department Manual 505DM2.
