Description

FY 2010 Rail Line Relocation Earmark - Waterfront Rail Reconstruction Project, to include stabilizing the alignment, updating and, where necessary, replacing wayside equipment, reconstructing and upgrading the track work, and creating an electrification-ready rail line capable of handling a variety of rail and rolling stock equipment, including electric streetcar and trolley vehicles.
