Description

The Office of Citizen Exchanges, Youth Programs Division, of the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) announces an open competition for the Youth Ambassadors Program with South America. Exchange delegations will travel from 10 South American countries to the United States, and U.S. exchange delegations will travel to select countries.
