Description
The purpose of the project is to strengthen the Rwanda National Reference Laboratory to promote health and quality of life in Rwanda by supporting the health services delivery system in surveillance, prevention, diagnosis and management of diseases through the provision of quality laboratory services at all levels of the health care system.
