The purpose of this announcement is to develop local capacity within the National Institute for Hygiene and Epidemiology (NIHE) to provide improved HIV prevention, care and treatment in Vietnam through the implementation of surveillance and monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities and the strengthening of national laboratory systems.
