This is a modification one to the synopsis entitled Cooperative Agreement Notice (CAN), for NASA Student Career Exploration Program (CEP) Solicitation No. NNJ11366115C which was posted on February 1, 2011. You are notified that the following changes are made: The proposal due date is changed from March 11, 2011 to April 8, 2011, and correct the URL address to read as follows: Upon its release date, this CAN will be available electronically through http://nspires.nasaprs.com . The due date for responses is not extended. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
