The United States Department of Justice, Office on Violence Against Women (OVW) (www.ovw.usdoj.gov) is please to announce that it is seeking applications for the Transitional Housing Assistance Program. This program furthers the Department’s mission by providing transitional housing assistance to victims of sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and/or stalking.

- Public housing authorities / Indian housing authorities
- Native American tribal organizations (other than Federally recognized)
- Nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status (other than higher education)
- Nonprofits without 501(c)(3) status (other than higher education)
- Private institutions of higher education
