The purpose of this program is to provide financial, technical assistance and continuing support to: • The Hospital Saint Francois de Salles (HSFS) (a center for HIV and medical laboratory) to serve as a teaching hospital for the post graduate training program. • A post graduate training program at the University of Notre Dame d’Haiti (UNDH)
