Description

The purpose of this program is to 1) contribute to the improvement of prenatal HIV counseling and testing services to male partners of pregnant women that receive PMTCT services in the 8 hospitals that have CDC-GAP funded PMTCT interventions and 2) extend existing prenatal HIV counseling and testing services to males 3) increase male partner participation in PMTCT through the implementation of a couples counseling and testing program. This program will be implemented through an NGO partner that works and has extensive experience in the area of Gender and HIV/AIDS.
