This Amendment reflects the following action: SHOULD READ SECTION I. FUNDING OPPORTUNITY DESCRIPTION A. Project Background Information: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) requires support from any type of entity organizations in lieu of The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) requires support from non-governmental, non-profit organizations SECTION III. ELIGIBILITY INFORMATION A. Eligible Applicants: Unrestricted (i.e., open to any type of entity above), subject to any clarification in text field entitled "Additional Information on Eligibility in lieu of Non-profits having a 501 (c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education. All other terms and condition of this Notice shall remain the same.
