Description
The purpose of this program is to ensure the Haitian population has adequate access to HIV/AIDS screening, treatment, and care facilities. This includes supporting specific outreach to high-risk vulnerable populations, such as men having sex with men (MSM), that may not be served by regular means. Program activities will include the development of a strong network of associations for people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) and activities to reduce the negative stigma associated with HIV/AIDS and discrimination.
